eBryIT was founded in 1990 with an emphasis on IT hardware maintenance. Over time, eBryIT has partnered with: Dell, VMware, Microsoft, IBM, Nexsan, Dot Hill, QuorumLabs, Datto and several other key industry organizations.

eBryIT is a sub-contractor providing professional services and repair services for CDW, Dell Corporation, Tech Data, Sun Guard, and other significant manufacturers and distributors.

Today eBryIT is a diversified company with substantial resources dedicated to providing IT services and solutions which reduce complexity, remove cost whenever possible and help our clients run their operations more effectively. Our primary areas of focus are:

Milestones

1990 – founded BMC Solutions and purchased a small Wang services company; added break/fix capabilities for a range of IT equipment including printers

1991-1996 – grew business substantially on a national basis opening 14 locations across the US

1996 – Sharon Bryant joined company as CEO

1997 – added IBM partnership; sold and serviced AS-400 primarily

2000 – went back to services roots after AS-400 became obsolete without any Y2K programming; formed strategic partnerships providing contract services to some of the very largest distributors and manufacturers

2000 – enhanced professional services capabilities in the data center by becoming a Microsoft partner and developing methodologies for building and supporting Intel based IT systems

2001-2006 – grew to become one of the premier services organizations in the US by providing 100's of thousands of custom deployments and professional services with our strategic partners; continued to grow break/fix business nationally

2004 – Became a Women Business Enterprise Certified business

2006 – named by Dell Corporation as the 2006 Global Diversified Partner of the Year

2007 – Continued to add to our SAN, Virtualization and DR capabilities by reaching the highest levels of certification for VMWare, Dell storage and enterprise products, Pillar/Oracle while adding other related components for DR solutions

2007 – Developed Intelligent White Board practice which leads to us becoming one of the largest deployment partners in the industry

2008 – Selected by Dell to be a Managed Print Services provider

2009 – Name change from BMC Solutions to eBryIT Inc.

2009 – Developed Toner Management service to offer automation of toner ordering with optional on-site repair for any brand laser printer

2009-2011 – rolled out toner management to customers across a spectrum of industries including retail, education, healthcare, legal, manufacturing, vehicle dealerships
